OSHA 300 Log Review
The OSHA log review provides information to the employer on how to prevent injuries. It will also help managers understand the "red flags" that can prevent worker's compensation fraud. As part of this review, employers gain a better understanding of the OSHA log, as well as the knowledge to qualify which injuries are need to be listed according to OSHA requirements. Johnson Insurance has also supplied an electronic data spreadsheet to help you simplify your OSHA log(s) and keep your files electronically.

Accident Investigations
This is a detailed effort to collect and interpret the facts related to an individual accident. Investigations are conducted to identify the cause(s) and develop control measures to prevent recurrence. It is a systematic look at the nature and extent of the accident or near miss, the risk(s) taken or expected and the loss involved.

Site Visit
Johnson Insurance offers a site visit service, a proactive process that documents strengths and necessary areas of improvement. Site visits can help employers find enforcement issues, equipment deficiencies, personnel problems, interpretations, training needs or deficiencies in company policy. As part of the process, Johnson Insurance offers the employer solutions for improvement and assistance to implement the suggestions.

Construction Pre-Job Meetings
We can provide contractors and subcontractors guidance in understanding what is required from a general contractor regarding safety. We also work with general contractors that want a third party to review the documentation submitted by a subcontractor — this can include contracts and hold harmless agreements between parties.

Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Manuals
This process begins with a chemical inventory and request for the necessary MSDS from your suppliers, and ends with the creation of a company-specific hazard-communication program. It can also lead to Industrial Hygiene assessment recognition for exposures.

Safety Enforcement Assistance
This third party review looks into the enforcement process within your firm. Enforcement responsibilities are a necessary part of an effective program. This may include review of Human Resource procedures for safety, discipline and termination.
