Johnson Insurance Services acquires Peak Benefit Solutions

Phoenix, AZ - Scott Cornelius, president and CEO of Johnson Bank in Arizona, announced today that the Peak Benefit Solutions insurance agency has officially joined Johnson Insurance Services, LLC.  Johnson Insurance is also a member of Johnson Financial Group, the $4.3 billion premier financial services holding company of Johnson Bank.

Peak Benefit Solutions, formerly owned by Lawrence A. Byrne, LUTCF, has been in the industry for 14 years with offices in Scottsdale.  The agency is known for their creative benefit solutions for business owners.  The company specializes in group health plans and group life, as well as individual life and heath insurance.  Larry Byrne will continue to serve his clients from his current office at 8765 E. Bell Road in Scottsdale.
